1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BidPacer's services, including the BidPacer website, application, and Chrome extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BidPacer is a utility application that uses artificial intelligence to create tailored cover letters and job-related answers. Our service allows users to apply for freelance jobs on Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru platforms with one click. BidPacer does not produce jobs but fetches job listings from these platforms and enables users to create and submit applications.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing

BidPacer offers a free plan and paid subscription plans ("Pro"). Our current Pro pricing is:

• Pro Monthly — US$20 per month, billed monthly.
• Pro Yearly — US$180 per year, billed annually.

Recurring billing & automatic renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) at the then-current price, and your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize BidPacer and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal period.

Payment processing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. BidPacer does not store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate, current payment information and authorize the charges described above.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then, and you will not be charged for the following period.

Refunds. BidPacer offers a free plan so you can evaluate the service before subscribing. Because of this, and except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Any price change will apply to future billing periods, and we will give you advance notice by email or through the service before it takes effect. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; any such taxes may be added at checkout.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account with BidPacer.

You must not use BidPacer for any unlawful or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to submitting fraudulent information, accessing unauthorized content, or interfering with the operations of BidPacer or the platforms we integrate with (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to BidPacer are the property of BidPacer or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the services for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of BidPacer's services without our express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of BidPacer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

BidPacer is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidPacer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BidPacer at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of BidPacer, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

BidPacer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BidPacer operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
